Our CDL Drivers are the backbone of our operation, safely transporting material, equipment, and aggregates to and from job sites across the mountains. Drivers operate late-model dump trucks, rollbacks, and lowboys with precision, professionalism, and care. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, safe hauling on steep mountain roads, communicating with site supervisors, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining DOT compliance. Ideal candidates are reliable, disciplined, and safety-focused. We offer full medical, dental, vision, 401k with 4% match, $50,000 life insurance, and profit sharing for vested employees.
CDL DRIVERS
OPERATORS
Operators run excavators, skid-steers, dozers, compactors, and specialty machines on steep slopes, tight access sites, and engineered retaining wall projects. This position requires precision, situational awareness, and the ability to work closely with engineers and wall builders. Tasks include grading, trenching, excavation, backfilling, lifting materials, installing drainage systems, and preparing foundations. Experience in mountain terrain is preferred. Ideal candidates are calm under pressure and committed to quality work. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, and profit sharing after one year.
YARD HANDS
Yard Hands support our supply yard, The Block Shop™, by loading materials, organizing inventory, managing equipment returns, and assisting customers with block, pavers, aggregates, and tools. Duties include stacking pallets, preparing orders, fueling machinery, light maintenance, and helping operators and CDL drivers as needed. This is a fast-paced, physical role perfect for someone who likes variety, teamwork, and working outdoors. No experience required—we train motivated workers. WALL BUILDERS
Wall Builders help construct engineered retaining walls using block, boulders, geogrid, drainage systems, and compacted fill. Responsibilities include setting block, installing geogrid, operating small equipment, leveling pads, handling stone, digging trenches, drilling anchors, and working closely with engineers to meet NCMA standards. This position requires strength, endurance, and the ability to work safely on steep terrain and tight access sites. Experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, $50,000 life insurance, and profit sharing after one year.
PROJECT MANAGERS
Project Managers oversee retaining wall, excavation, and barge-access projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include scheduling crews, coordinating material deliveries, reading engineered plans, documenting progress, communicating with clients, ensuring safety standards, and verifying construction meets NCMA specifications. PMs must be organized, confident, and capable of leading crews in challenging mountain environments. Experience in construction management, retaining walls, or excavation is preferred.
